Abstract
This research aims to analyze effective innovation strategies in increasing the sales of Pentolicious Bites products. This study uses qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach. Data analysis is conducted qualitatively through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The SWOT analysis results show that product innovation with the addition of flavor variants and more appealing packaging, as well as digital marketing strategies through social media and online promotions, can increase sales and consumer awareness. This research provides recommendations for companies to continue product innovation and creative marketing that is adaptive to market changes.
