Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) terhadap Peraturan Pemerintah Daerah tentang Kawasan Bebas Asap Rokok di Puskesmas Pondok Tinggi Kota Sungai Penuh Tahun 2025

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the factors influencing Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (CHLB) in relation to compliance with the Regional Regulation on Smoke-Free Areas (SFA) in the working area of Pondok Tinggi Community Health Center, Sungai Penuh City, in 2025. The research was conducted at Pondok Tinggi Community Health Center, located on Gajah Mada Street, Karya Bakti Village, Pondok Tinggi District, Sungai Penuh City, in September 2025. The study population consisted of 176 household heads, all of whom were included as the sample using the total sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and observation checklists. Data analysis was performed using univariate and bivariate analyses. The results showed that cultural factors were significantly associated with compliance with the Regional Regulation on Smoke-Free Areas (p = 0.004), environmental factors were also significantly associated (p = 0.002), and social factors were significantly associated with compliance with the regulation (p = 0.001). Therefore, all factors examined were significantly related to compliance with the implementation of the Regional Regulation on Smoke-Free Areas, as all p-values were less than 0.05.
