Abstract

This study aims to analyze decision-making models under conditions of uncertainty and risk in organizations. The study used a literature review method by examining scientific articles, books, and empirical research results that discuss decision-making, risk management, and organizational uncertainty. Literature sources were selected based on criteria of relevance to the research topic, originating from reputable scientific publications, and published within a timeframe appropriate to the development of organizational decision-making studies. Data were analyzed through a process of identification, categorization, and synthesis of findings from various relevant sources. The results of the study indicate that there are three main models that are dominantly used in decision-making under conditions of uncertainty and risk: the rational model, the normative model, and the behavioral model (bounded rationality). Each model has different advantages and limitations. The rational and normative models are effective in supporting structured and analysis-based decisions, while the behavioral model is better able to explain decisions in complex and dynamic situations. The research findings indicate that the integration of these three models can produce a decision-making process that is more adaptive, strategic, and responsive to changes in the organizational environment
