Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of strengthening organizational communication as an effective strategy in improving employee motivation and performance. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data sources consist of scientific articles obtained from reputable national and international journals, books discussing organizational communication, work motivation, and employee performance, and previous research results relevant to the study topic. The literature used was selected based on the relevance of the theme, the credibility of the source, and its relevance to the research objectives. Data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques through a process of identification, interpretation, comparison, and synthesis of various theories and research findings. The results of the study indicate that organizational communication plays a significant role in clarifying the division of tasks and responsibilities, improving work coordination, and reducing the potential for misunderstandings within the organization. In addition, open and participatory communication can increase employee motivation by increasing job involvement and satisfaction. Organizational communication also contributes to improving employee performance, both in terms of effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of work results. Thus, strengthening organizational communication can be an effective strategy to continuously improve employee motivation and performance to support the achievement of organizational goals.
