Abstract
This article examines change management strategies in the implementation of an educational information system at SDIT Bustanul Ulum. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study on the implementation of an educational information system at SDIT Bustanul Ulum. Data were collected through observations of the system's use, semi-structured interviews with the principal, teachers, and administrative staff, document analysis related to policies and operational procedures, and a review of relevant literature. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to identify factors influencing the success of information system implementation. The results showed that implementation effectiveness was determined by leadership commitment, user readiness, gradual training, data standardization, clarity of operational procedures, information security, and continuous evaluation. The findings also indicated that the educational information system functions not only as an administrative application, but as a strategic instrument for improving academic services, communication with parents, data accuracy, institutional accountability, and data-driven decision-making. Therefore, the digital transformation process needs to be managed in a participatory manner so that it can be continuously integrated into the school's governance culture.
