Abstract
implementation of educational information systems at SDIT Bustanul Ulum. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation studies, and literature reviews, then analyzed thematically through data reduction, categorization, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the successful implementation of educational information systems is influenced by leadership commitment, user readiness, ongoing training, data standardization, clarity of operational procedures, information security, and regular evaluations. The research findings also confirm that educational information systems function not only as administrative tools but also as strategic instruments for improving the quality of academic services, institutional accountability, communication with parents, and data-driven decision-making. Therefore, digital transformation needs to be managed in a participatory and sustainable manner to become part of the school's governance culture
