Abstract
This study aims to examine how teachers manage classrooms and its impact on early childhood learning motivation. The research method used is a literature study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was gathered from various sources such as books, scientific journals, research articles, and other references relevant to classroom management and early childhood learning motivation. The main source of article data is Google Scholar. Data analysis is done qualitatively through stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that classroom management has an important role in creating a conducive, comfortable, safe, and enjoyable learning environment that can enhance early childhood learning motivation. The implementation of classroom management is carried out through organizing an attractive learning environment, applying learning-through-play methods, managing time effectively, providing positive reinforcement, and building good emotional interactions between teachers and children. Teachers who are able to manage classrooms effectively can improve children’s involvement, attention, and enthusiasm in participating in the learning process. On the other hand, ineffective classroom management may cause children to become easily bored, less focused, and have low learning motivation. Therefore, good classroom management is one of the important factors in supporting the success of learning in early childhood education.
